Several people praise the techs as friendly, and one customer described an AC replacement that ran until 9pm, with a loaner unit installed so they weren't stuck without cooling. Another thanked Josh for cleaning up another shop's botched water heater job. Friendly staff comes up often, and so does the AC work.
