About McKay RV & Trailer Repair
McKay RV & Trailer Repair sits in Albany, Oregon, and works on both RVs and regular vehicles. They handle brakes, oil changes, air conditioning, electrical, and engine diagnostics. The shop also does mobile service, so they can come to you if your rig is stuck. Reviewers often mention the friendly staff. Austin gets praise for quick fixes, like the time he repaired a trailer's 7-pin cable and saved a vacation. Others say the crew explained what was wrong without pushing extra work. One customer had a warranty frame repair done through Lippert and called the new owners accommodating. Not every review is positive. One person said an appointment was cancelled the day before, then a six-week wait for an estimate ended with a ruined house battery. The shop has had changes in management, and experiences vary. With 72 Google reviews averaging 4.3, most people seem to leave satisfied, but it's worth asking about timelines when you book.
