About McClain's RV Superstore
McClain's RV Superstore sits in Kerrville and has been selling and servicing RVs since 1963. The place handles travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorized units, and the same lot does parts and repair work alongside sales. Reviewers keep coming back to the parts department, which comes up again and again in the feedback. Several people name individual techs and service writers who squeezed them in or walked them through a problem. One owner with a wheel bearing and brake issue got looked at on a Friday before a long trip north. On the sales side, buyers describe no-pressure experiences and salespeople who answer questions after the deal. Not everything is glowing. One buyer reported undisclosed hail and paint damage on a motorhome and a drawn-out fix. Read the reviews for yourself before you commit to anything.
