About Luxury Van Collection
Luxury Van Collection sells luxury vans and Mercedes Sprinter conversions in Scottsdale, running under the Luxury Auto Collection name. The indoor showroom holds high-end vans, and the team handles financing, nationwide delivery and guidance on Section 179. They also work with conversions, shuttles and executive transports. The 3.9 rating comes from 7 reviews, and the picture is mixed. Positive reviewers talk about Kris and Brandon by name, saying the staff answer questions and know the product well. One customer has bought six vehicles from them since 2022, and another came back for a second Sprinter. Not everyone is happy. One review warns about trouble getting a title and registration 90 days after purchase, along with calls that went unanswered. That lines up with a few other complaints about slow replies. If you are mid-trip and need work done, should be clear that this is mainly a dealer, so ask what they can actually fix before you drive over.
