About La Mesa | RecVan – Davis RV & Motorhome Service
La Mesa RV in Davis runs a full service shop for motorhomes and trailers. The Google rating sits at 3.8 from 308 reviews, so you get a mix of praise and complaints. The service menu covers the usual fixes plus roof, AC, awning, and mobile calls. Parts and a warranty desk are on site too. Reviewers often talk about warranty work, and that cuts both ways. Some describe smooth repairs with helpful technicians who kept them posted, and a few mention fair pricing on generator service or a quick turnaround. Others tell a rougher story: an electrical problem that dragged on, parts that didn't arrive for an appointment, and a coach left with sawdust and an old part on the couch. Scheduling gets mentioned enough to be worth noting. Staff come across as pleasant, and progress updates show up in the reviews. If you're mid-trip with something broken, call ahead and confirm the part is in before you haul the rig over.
