About Kunes Fox Valley RV
Kunes Fox Valley RV in Neenah is both a dealer and a repair shop, so you can shop for a camper or get one fixed. Reviewers often mention the polite staff and the welcoming environment. Many say they felt free to browse without being swarmed by salespeople, and that the buying process was easy. The parts department gets several mentions. On the service side, a couple of reviewers note knowledgeable techs. One review mentions roof work; the shop handles roof issues, as well as body and chassis work. But not every review is positive. Some customers describe warranty problems and communication that dragged on for weeks. One reviewer warns that used units had serious weather damage, including a rotten roof and slide floors. Another says a part was sent wrong multiple times. So if you're buying used, it pays to look closely and ask questions.
