About Kent's Mobile RV Repair
Kent runs a mobile RV repair service out of North Platte and travels up to 80 miles around it. That radius matters if you're broken down at a campground outside town. He handles air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters and pumps, fridges, plumbing and electrical, plus roof repair and sealing, awnings, and slide out and jack problems. The reviews tell a consistent story. A water heater that failed and a door latch that wouldn't catch, both fixed on the spot. A main AC that quit in Kansas, repaired at the next campground in Nebraska. A bumper hanging by wires, back on in a few minutes. One traveler's slide awning had been put back wrong by another shop, and Kent straightened it out. Reviewers describe him as methodical and good at explaining what he's doing, and mention fair, transparent pricing. One person called after hours, got a callback in about 30 minutes, and was walked through an electrical fix over the phone, then checked on again the next morning. He carries parts and takes emergency calls. He's not open around the clock, so check hours before you head out.
