About Kaeser's RV Services Inc.
Kaeser's RV Services is an RV repair shop in Ashland, Virginia. Reviews keep coming back to two things: generators and rooftop AC units. One fleet customer has used them for years for both and says the work is done right the first time. A camper owner with a dead Onan/Cummins 5500 got an appointment for the next day, was taken in right away and back on the road by noon. Getting squeezed in shows up a lot in the reviews. Someone living in a Class A called on a Monday morning after water pressure at the campground caused a series of leaks. They worked him into the schedule and had the loose fittings tracked down within hours. Another reviewer with a camper out on a rental got same-day help too. Not every review is a happy one. A motorhome owner was pleased with the diagnostics and communication at first, then found cosmetic damage inside and outside when the rig came back. The shop has set hours and isn't open around the clock.
