About K RV
K RV sits in Jeannette and handles the stuff that strands a trip: roof repairs, A/C, awnings, appliances and routine maintenance. The shop also lists chassis and generator work, brakes, electrical and engine diagnostics, plus body and trim. Mobile service is on the menu too, which helps if your rig won't move. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Over and over they call the people helpful and nice to talk with, and a few mention straight dealing on parts and warranty paperwork. One owner with a faulty leveling part says the shop went after the manufacturer and got a replacement at no charge. Another had a slide fixed in time for vacation, with the warranty company worked in. The parts counter is a mixed bag. One driver with a discontinued door latch had it tracked down and shipped in, a perfect fit. Another found a part priced well above online listings and suggests ordering elsewhere if you can wait. Weigh that against 157 Google reviews averaging 4.5.
