About J’s mobile Rv service
J's mobile RV service is a certified technician working out of Bristol, Virginia, who comes to you. The service covers air conditioning, furnaces, thermostats, water heaters, pumps, awnings, roof sealing, slide repair, and winterizing or dewinterizing. He also handles water leaks and electrical problems, and can get parts for the job. Reviews are mixed. One camper owner said the furnace work was excellent and the furnace ran better than before, though the cost ran higher than expected. Jerry showed up on time and didn't charge for the first look at a few things. Another customer said he came out as promised but didn't fix an electrical issue, and the problem was still there afterward. The shop has a 2.0 rating from 3 Google reviews, with two of those reviews mentioning money. If you call, ask upfront what the service call will run and what happens if the first visit doesn't solve it.

What renters mention
“First I want to say the work was excellent on my camper furnace. The cost was a bit high and a bit more then I had planned on, so I was frustrated and upset about the cost. But upon thinking and seeing my furnace in action...” – Christine H., a year ago, on Google
