About Johnston RV Center Service Center
On the service side in Cullman, this shop is the kind of place travelers pull into when something goes wrong on I-65. One review came from two moms headed to Florida who stopped for gas and found a grinding travel trailer tire at 8am on a Saturday. Staff got them back on the road. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, and Sabrina and the service team get named for working people in. One owner had both air conditioners fail in summer with a five day trip coming and says one was fixed and another replaced the same day. Another driver with bad brakes mentions Smitty, Joe and Doug by name. The work covers roof, awnings, air conditioning, appliances, exterior seals, chassis and body, plus annual service checks and mobile calls. Reviewers also talk through warranty paperwork, and weekends are mentioned. Some reviews of the sales side are rough, but the service center gets steady praise. Do your own research before you buy, one reviewer suggests.
