About Jim & Tracy's Alignment
Jim & Tracy's Alignment is a family-owned shop in Billings that's been fixing cars, trucks, trailers, and RVs since 1990. They're a NAPA Auto and Truck Care Center, and work comes with NAPA's nationwide 24-month/24,000-mile warranty. Services range from alignments and brake repair to A/C installation and recharge, plus battery maintenance and filter changes. Reviewers mention alignments, tie rod repair, and motor home alignment, and a few note they got in with a last-minute appointment. Some praise the team for fixing a problem with just an alignment when other shops quoted expensive parts. Others describe being quoted big repair bills and wanting a second opinion, so it's worth asking questions before you approve work. The shop handles tires too, and one long-time customer from Wyoming has kept coming back for over 30 years. If you're passing through Billings with a busted rig, they're a known name for alignments and general repairs.
