About Jensen's RV Center of Cadillac
Jensen's RV Center is a family-run business in Cadillac that's been going for 23 years. They handle sales, service, parts, and storage, and they're a good bet if something breaks mid-trip. Reviewers keep mentioning the parts department. One out-of-town camper found the exact water heater parts they needed on the shelf in the showroom. Others talk about quick repairs, like a macerator toilet fix, and honest service. One person was told their slide-out seal was fine and the real leak was minor, which saved them money. Another had a service guy offer to swing by their campground after work to look at a dead fridge. They also do warranty work and awnings, and they're open weekends. The counter folks get called polite and helpful more than once. If you're passing through and need a hand, this is the kind of place people seem glad they stopped at.
