About Jeff's Tire and Repair
Jeff's Tire and Repair runs mobile service out of Alachua, covering North Florida and South Georgia along I-75. It's not a drop-off shop. One reviewer drove a semi and 53-foot trailer to the listed address and found a post office box, since the crew comes to you. Worth knowing before you point the rig that direction. When the call connects, the reviews are good. A trailer bearing went out on a Saturday and the tech had them rolling again in under an hour. Someone stranded in Gainesville with a flat, a daughter and a 2-month-old in the truck got help sent out fast. Others describe the work as professional, thorough and fairly priced on tire replacement. Services cover tires, brakes, diesel diagnostics and engine repair, electrical, cooling systems, hydraulics, trailer wiring, welding and fabrication, plus AC and DOT inspections. The 3.9 rating across 7 Google reviews is mixed, and one reviewer says the 24-hour line went unanswered during a tire emergency. Call ahead and confirm someone is available.
