About Jack's RV Revival
Jack's RV Revival is a mobile RV repair service out of Rock Springs, and Top Hat Jack is an NRVTA/RVTAA certified technician. He comes to you, whether that's your house or a campground in the area, and brings the parts and tools for the job. Reviews mention slide repairs, A/C work and awnings, plus getting an extra air conditioner into a bedroom. People keep coming back to the same words: knowledgeable, honest, responsive. One reviewer said Jack talked through an economical fix on a stuck slide without pushing anything extra. Another described the crew pulling on paper booties before stepping inside the rig and then walking through what shape the unit was in. A few reviewers found them mid-trip and were glad they did. One Newmar rally in Rock Springs turned into three days of dead A/C before they called, and Jack and his wife showed up on time and diagnosed both units. Communication by email and phone gets called out more than once, and so does quick turnaround when someone is in a time crunch. It's not a 24/7 shop, so check hours before you need them.
