About Ipswich Trailer and RV Service Shop
Ipswich Trailer and RV Service Shop handles service and repairs on all trailers and RVs, and installs trailer accessories on any vehicle. The owner, Rich, is the name that comes up again and again in reviews. People describe him as knowledgeable and accommodating, and one customer says he worked hard to get a hitch on when the job wasn't easy. Hitch and bike rack installs are a big part of what reviewers write about. They mention a smooth process, often less than a week from scheduling to install, and parts sourced at a better price than retail. Pricing gets mixed feedback. Some call it fair, while one customer felt the hourly rate was high for a small utility trailer tire repair. Other reviews cover bigger jobs. One owner brought in an 8x16 dump trailer for four new tires, a full brake job on both axles, and wiring fixes, and said it tows and stops better than before. Another gets a horse trailer serviced every year. The shop works on chassis and trailer accessories, and the invoice is explained clearly.
