About Horn Rapids RV Service & Sales, Inc.
Horn Rapids RV Service & Sales is a family-owned dealership and repair shop in Richland, serving the Tri-Cities and buyers across Washington and Oregon. They sell new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, toy haulers, and truck campers from Forest River, Thor, Travel Lite, Bontrager Outdoors, and ATC. It's also the only ATC all-aluminum trailer dealer in Washington State. Founded in 2018, the team holds RVTI and RVDA certifications. Reviewers mention a low-pressure buying experience and staff who treat you like family. The service department gets praise for thorough work and for taking on jobs other shops decline. One customer had body and paint work done through their insurance, and another needed a second AC installed. Hitch setup, generator overhauls, solar panel installations, and 5th wheel repairs all come up in reviews. They handle repairs, maintenance, parts, insurance, and warranty work, often with faster turnaround than other shops. The shop is open weekends and has a 4.7-star rating from 169 Google reviews. If something breaks mid-trip, this is a place locals point to.
