About Highway Trailer Sales & Service
Highway Trailer Sales & Service is a Salem RV dealer that also runs a service and repair shop and a parts and accessories counter. So the same lot handles a new trailer, a warranty fix, or the part you need to get back on the road. Reviewers keep coming back to the sales side of the house. Travel trailers and fifth wheels come up a lot, and so does the no-pressure approach. People describe staff who show you trailer after trailer and answer questions without pushing. One buyer drove four hours and said it beat their local dealer's deal. Another, a single woman buying on her own, said she felt treated like family. Kind staff is the single most mentioned thing in the reviews. If you're shopping, expect to be walked through the selection. If something's broken, they take repair work too and stock parts. Call ahead for hours and availability.
