About Herrmann's Service Center Inc
Herrmann's Service Center sits in Troy, Ohio, and has been family owned since 1973. The founder still runs day-to-day operations and stays hands-on with every vehicle that comes through. They work on RVs, trailers, buses, tractors and light to heavy duty trucks, backed by more than 50 years of heavy duty repair experience. Reviewers talk about quick turnaround on camper repairs, with one owner praising a tech who fixed a water heater pilot light issue and kept them posted on pricing. Drivers mention emergency roadside calls where the shop got parts and had them rolling the next day. One trucker liked that the shop only charged an hour for two hours of diagnosis and let them leave the trailer on the yard. A few reviews raise pricing on parts and labor as a complaint, so it's worth asking for a quote first. Others call the crew honest and respectful and the office staff friendly. If you break down in western Ohio with an engine in front of you, this is the kind of place people mention by name.
