About Henderson RV
Henderson RV handles parts, service, collision work and storage in Las Vegas. The shop lists roof, AC and awning work, along with oil changes, tire replacement, brake repairs and safety inspections. It's also an auto body shop, so chassis and body damage can be dealt with in the same place. Insurance repairs need a claim number, insurer contact and policy number. Reviews split in a way that's worth knowing before you drop your rig off. Several people praise the front desk and say the service guys chase problems until they're actually fixed. One traveler passing through had a wiring short, a water pump issue and side markers handled in about an hour. Others describe long waits and poor updates, with one customer saying it took over a year for a window repair. Some say you have to call daily for status. If you're mid-trip and need something now, call ahead and ask how soon they can look at it. For bigger jobs, get the timeline in writing before you leave the keys.
