About Hails RV Mobile Repair
Hails RV Mobile Repair is a family owned and operated shop in Kannapolis, North Carolina. They come to you, handling air conditioning, battery, body and trim, electrical and heating work, plus mobile service, and they work on all brands. Reviewers often mention Chris by name. Several praise his fair pricing, and a few say he explained the timeline clearly. One owner with a Thor Class C motor home had the propane heating system fixed here after trips to a dealer that kept it for weeks without solving it. Another describes an electrical surge that fried components and says the insurance side got handled along with the repair. Feedback isn't all positive. A couple of reviewers had scheduling problems and one wasn't happy with the work done after an accident claim. Others describe skilled technicians and reliability on jobs like inverter replacement and water heater repair. The shop works with warranty and insurance companies and uses what it calls high quality parts.

“I am so happy we found Chris and Hails RV. In the past we have had such unreliable service. We took our Thor Class C motor home to the dealer on 3 different occasions for problems with the propane heating system.” – Triciaburke68, 3 years ago, on Google
“First time using this service and Chris is very good at what he does. He came to me quickly to help with my problem. I was most surprised and pleased by his fair pricing. He’s a nice and understanding person as well.” – Tyler B., a year ago, on Google
