About Greenlawn RV
Greenlawn RV is a dealership in Chillicothe that also runs a service department and parts counter, selling new and pre-owned fifth wheels, toy haulers and travel trailers. The Google rating sits at 4.5 from 39 reviews. Reviewers tend to talk about the people more than the inventory. One salesperson was remembered for recalling a customer's friends and what they'd bought a year earlier, and another reviewer said she finished paperwork at their workplace to save them the drive. A Canadian couple heading home when their trailer brakes started grabbing stopped in and got help from the front desk and a service tech. Another customer with an electrical plug problem got a part at a fair price. Not everything lands clean. One buyer said the staff were nice but the follow-through was weak, pointing to a backup camera that wasn't actually wired and misdirected emails with someone else's information. Sales, financing, service and parts are all under one roof.
