About Grand RV Sales & Repair, LLC
Grand RV Sales & Repair handles RV repair and parts in Grove, and they run a mobile service too. One reviewer stuck in Noel, Missouri had called over 20 companies before trying them. Grand answered right away, passed the info to their tech Jason, and he called back fast. People keep mentioning the same names. Ray gets called the best salesman, a genuine guy with a joke and a good service team behind him. Jason comes up for his knowledge and for getting a heater control board swapped in short order on a Monday after a Saturday call. Reviewers also talk about part availability and warranty setup, and one owner said they ordered parts direct from Lippert and left the camper for repairs while heading home for work. Insurance work shows up in the reviews as well. One camper damaged in an accident got an estimate in Arkansas, and the shop worked with the insurance company to finish the settlement. Several reviewers say the team explained what went wrong and how to avoid it next time. It is not a 24/7 operation, but they do answer weekends and emergencies.
