About Good Sam Club
Good Sam is listed as an RV dealer in Englewood, and its other categories cover RV repair, trailer repair and RV supplies. The company describes itself as a membership club offering subscription products, services and publications for RVers and other outdoor enthusiasts in the US and Canada. It also runs roadside assistance plans, which is what most reviewers write about. Reviews are mixed on that front. Plenty of people praise the reps by name for walking them through plan levels, answering questions before renewal, and getting membership, travel assist and roadside sorted in one call. The 4.8 rating across 5,694 reviews reflects a lot of that. Others describe dispatch that dragged for hours with no provider found and case agents switching mid-call. A few complain that auto renewal charged a card after an email that didn't spell out the amount, and that cancellation wasn't allowed. Billing mix-ups when upgrading a yearly plan come up too. Hours are posted, and it isn't open around the clock.
