About Giant RV - Downey
Giant RV in Downey is a dealer first, but there's a service department and parts counter behind the sales floor, and that's what a lot of the 519 Google reviews (4.0 average) talk about. People mention Anita and Jeremy by name for listening to concerns and explaining what's actually wrong. One owner came in for a generator repair at 8 AM and was back on the road within a couple of hours, parts already in hand. The sales side gets similar notes: no pressure, staff who know the units, and an indoor showroom to walk through. A first-time travel trailer owner said Jeremy drove out to their RV park more than once to fix problems in person. Another buyer picked up a Winnebago View on a Saturday, found water dripping inside, and had it corrected while they waited. Not everything goes clean. One couple drove home with a check engine light on. Others have mentioned wait times and appointment scheduling, so call ahead before hauling your rig over.
