About Giant Recreation World - Ormond Beach
Giant Recreation World on the Ormond Beach side of Central Florida handles sales, service, parts and rentals. Reviews run both ways, which tells you something. Plenty of people praise the no-pressure approach and the parts department, and a few mention a lifetime warranty and staff who listen to what you need. On the service side, reviewers name Heidi and describe techs who know their way around a rig. One owner had oven and burner ignition troubles sorted after a scheduled visit. Awning repair shows up in the feedback too, though only a handful of times. Not everyone is happy. Some owners who bought new RVs describe problems that kept coming back after repairs, and say getting them fixed was a fight. So read through the reviews yourself before you commit to a big purchase or drop off your coach. If you are just after parts or an awning fix, the counter gets steady praise.
