About Forest River RV of Wilson County by Cedar City RV
Forest River RV of Wilson County by Cedar City RV is a family owned and operated dealership in Lebanon, Tennessee. The lot is smaller than some expect, mostly trailers and a popup, no Class A, B or C motorhomes when one reviewer visited. Parking can be tight, but the staff are consistently friendly and patient, especially with first-time RV owners. Reviewers often mention the no-haggle pricing with no add-on fees, just tax. The office manager and sales staff know the product, parts and paperwork. When issues popped up after a first trip, the service team had one camper back on the road in less than a day. Another buyer of a used RV had repairs done at no cost and said the work was better than factory. Not every visit ends well. One couple asked for a trade-in offer and never got a call back, which they found disappointing. Still, the overall rating sits at 4.5 from 35 reviews, and many say they would return to buy here again.
