About FLX RV & Auto Group
FLX RV & Auto Group sits in Canandaigua and works on RVs and autos side by side. Their crew came up through large independent shops and dealerships around the country, so the experience runs broad. Roof and A/C jobs come up in what they list, and reviews point to everything from new tires and tire rotations to trailer hitches, baseplate installs and horse trailer repair. The reviews back a 4.8 across 325 of them, and a lot of people single out the staff as courteous and the techs as helpful. One owner with a 2023 Grand Design camper praised the office for taking careful notes on every concern. Another said the shop cared for a 1995 Eurovan Winnebago like it was their own, hunting down parts for hours. Others mention electrical repair, emergency work and warranty jobs handled with the manufacturer. Not every note is glowing. A couple of reviewers called the trip charge steep, and one was unhappy with how a Norcold fridge diagnosis played out. Worth weighing if you're mid-trip and watching costs.

What renters mention
“I had another great experience at FLX. After a ten month trip out west that included multiple tire and rim issues and minor damage from some other mishaps, my 2023 Grand Design Imagine AIM 18BH camper needed quite a bit of TLC.” – craig b., 3 months ago, on Google
“FLX is great, they came right out to my campsite. Techs are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Office team does a great job. They worked great with the manufacturer as my issue was still under warranty.” – Bruce L., 8 months ago, on Google
“Helped us out by getting repairs done with little notice. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hope to have long term experience with them for my Class C. Glad you are there! Work has been great!” – Paul B., Edited a month ago, on Google
