About Family RV
Family RV sits in Morgan Hill and has been selling, renting and servicing RVs for more than three decades. Along with sales and rentals, they run a repair shop and handle AC and awning work, plus parts and warranty matters. Reviewers describe a low-key, family-style staff. One buyer said April gave them space to look around, then walked them through options that fit. Others mention a purchase handled largely over FaceTime with the owner, who pointed out the good and bad on each unit. Renters who took A class coaches to Las Vegas called the trips flawless. Not everything lands: one reviewer showed up ready to buy after spotting rigs online and was told they were all out on rental. The lot carries new and used inventory, including ex-rental motorhomes; the selection drew repeated mentions. Fees came up in several reviews too, so ask what's included before you commit. If you're deciding who to call from the road, this is an established shop worth a look.
