About Family First RV Service
Family First RV Service is a family-run shop in Guthrie that handles roof work, AC, water systems, dent and siding repair, and vent fans. They also run a free roof inspection and a mobile RV technician, so some jobs come to you. Weekends and emergency work are on the table. The shop sits at 4.8 stars across 60 Google reviews. Reviewers keep bringing up heater and furnace fixes, quick repairs, and staff who explain what they find before doing it. Several mention Shane and Crystal by name and describe clear, prompt communication, including texts when a call couldn't be answered. A few note work on fifth wheels and travel trailers, plus warranty jobs. One review is harsh and calls the work low quality. It's a minority voice against a mostly positive set. Not every job goes smooth, but plenty of owners say they'd call again.
