About Factory Direct Marine & RV - Crossville
This is a big dealership on Crabtree Road that handles boats and RVs, plus a service department and parts counter. It is the kind of place you swing into when something breaks mid-trip. One reviewer had a cracked toilet valve and a leaking water pump after another shop skipped the winterizing, and says the techs fit them in quickly and made the repairs while they waited. Buying gets most of the chatter in the reviews. People mention Hunter, Natasha, Michael and Matt by name, and the words that come up a lot are knowledgeable, patient and no pressure. One shopper practiced towing on the lot before committing. Staff at the walkthrough get credit for explaining the ins and outs. Not everyone leaves happy. A reviewer with a 2023 Lexington reported floor rot and said warranty help never came, and that calls went unanswered. Mixed record, worth reading the reviews yourself. The parts and service side is at 1132 Crabtree Rd, open 8:30 to 5 Monday through Saturday.
