About Excel Service Center
Excel Service Center is an RV repair shop in Smith Center, Kansas, and reviewers keep coming back to the same word: friendly. It shows up in most of the feedback, along with praise for the quality of the work. The shop handles full service and RV repairs, with roof, AC and awning jobs showing up in reviews. One owner who'd had disappointing work from local dealers brought a 2009 Excel 5th wheel back for slide work years later. Another traveler rolled in with a broken main awning and got squeezed in. A water heater leak mid road trip got fixed too, and the shop let that customer stay in their 5th wheel while the work was done. When jacks were still throwing a code at pickup, Larry and Tim worked through it before the rig left. There's a lounge with showers and a bathroom, and a solid stock of parts, furniture and accessories. Reviewers describe it as clean and worth the drive.

What renters mention
“We originally went here to have them service our new-to-us 2009 Excel 5th wheel around 2014. At that time they rebuilt our dining room slide and tuned up the rest of the slides.” – Tom H., 3 years ago, on Google
“We can't say enough good things about the customer service at Excel Service Center!!! When we picked our camper up after it had been there for some general repairs and upkeep, it was still throwing a code with the jacks.” – Jody N., 11 months ago, on Google
“Thanks for the service, kindness and help that gave us for our 2012 Excel Limited. We were on road trip to Wisconsin when our hot water heater started leaking. We were able to get in and have it replaced.” – Ed B., 3 years ago, on Google
