About Empire Truck Repair & Road Service
When your rig quits on I-75 or a campground driveway, Empire Truck Repair & Road Service is the kind of place you hope answers the phone. They run 24/7 out of Punta Gorda, covering Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples and the rest of Southwest Florida. The diesel techs handle roadside tire changes, jump starts, electrical and ECU diagnostics, regen issues and A/C work, and they'll tow a bus or motorhome if it comes to that. With 253 Google reviews at 4.6 stars, people often mention the roadside crew showing up fast and knowing their stuff. One driver's 5th wheel locking jaws broke at an Amazon facility in Ft. Myers around 7pm; Empire came out, opened the gate and fixed it the next day. Others talk about fair estimates and clear explanations, and how the shop didn't push extra repairs. If parts are scarce, they'll work through options with you and store your trailer while you wait. Their own description says they also service semi trucks, fleets and heavy equipment, though RV owners seem to get the same straight treatment.
