About Empire Truck and RV
Empire Truck and RV runs a 24/7 mobile shop out of Miami, which means the work can happen at your house or campsite instead of theirs. They also take rigs at their own facility. The crew is certified and handles a long list of jobs: A/C, awnings, brakes, batteries, electrical, exhaust, engine diagnostics, filters, and body and trim. Weekends and emergencies are on the table too. Reviewers keep coming back to one name, Eddy, and to how well he communicates. One owner panicked when their engine would not turn over the night before a trip and said he came out fast and stayed in touch the whole way through. Another had a rig towed in late on a Sunday and the shop waited for it. Several mention quick turnaround, and a few call the pricing fair next to other quotes they had gotten. The hydraulic leveler job is a good example of the range. One customer had all the hoses replaced and left with the system working like new. If something breaks mid-trip, this is a shop people call in a jam.
