About Elite RV Rentals - (Grand)
Elite RV Rentals on Grand in Phoenix runs as both a rental agency and an RV repair shop. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One customer said the owner answered every question and walked them through the rig before pickup. Another praised Beto for inspecting and fixing a problem on the spot. People also mention Bud helping them upgrade to a bigger unit. Cleanliness comes up a lot in the reviews, along with how easy the rental process and online reservation are. Repeat renters describe renting a toy hauler years apart and getting the same smooth experience both times. A few mention the generator and AC, and one family credits the shop with saving a grandson's birthday trip when their own Class A was in the shop. Not every review is glowing. One renter was charged extra at pickup and had a grill fall off during the drive. The shop services AC, battery, electrical, and body and trim work on motorhomes, travel trailers, toy haulers, and diesel pushers.
