About East Coast RV Specialists
East Coast RV Specialists in Bedford is the kind of place where the staff actually listens. Reviews mention Josh in sales giving honest information and no-pressure sales, and Michelle in parts going the extra mile to get a camper fixed. One reviewer drove in from Shawnee State Park with a broken awning and the techs squeezed in a repair. They sell travel trailers and fifth wheels and handle service and parts too. The no games approach comes up again and again, especially from buyers who compared notes with other dealers and got tired of hidden fees. One recent buyer of a 2026 Cougar 23MLE said the deal was straightforward and the numbers matched what was discussed up front. Not every review is perfect. One customer warned that their credit application led to a flood of spam calls, so that's worth knowing. But most people come away feeling taken care of, and some have been coming back for service years after their purchase.
