About Dirtbag Conversions
Dirtbag Conversions builds custom van conversions in La Pine, from early design through the finishing construction work. The shop handles carpentry, electrical systems, heating and cooling, metal work and exterior add-ons. Reviewers keep coming back to the craftsmanship. One owner lived in their van for over a year and still gets compliments on the woodwork. Another brought a hand drawing and specific components like a fridge, stove and sink, and got the build they had in mind. A 2016 RAM Promaster owner described going from an empty shell to a custom camper, and said the team even coached them through parts of the work they did themselves. People mention quick responses and easy communication, along with attention to detail and customization. Someone who hired the shop from 600 miles away handled most of it by email and text and felt it worked out. Others note the build met the timeline and the budget they had set. Parts are available too.
