About Dick's RV
Dick's RV sits in Arkansaw, Wisconsin, and covers a lot of ground: sales, service, parts, and camping gear. The lot carries travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and destination trailers from names like Salem, Grand Design, Keystone, KZ, and Winnebago. They do warranty work too. Reviewers keep mentioning the people by name. Lon comes up often for being patient with first-time buyers and never pushing. Adam gets credit for sending a video of a rig before someone made the drive. Casey handles the paperwork, and buyers say there were no hidden fees and the loan process went smoothly. A few mention Jim and his crew on delivery and setup. Service is the mixed note. One reviewer praised the fix after an update, but another had trouble getting calls returned during the warranty window. Most of the 192 reviews land positive at 4.5 stars, with repairs, winterizing, and hitch work among the topics. If you are mid-trip with something broken, calling ahead is smart.
