About DESOTO Auto Mall & RV Center
DeSoto Auto Mall is a dealership on the Arcadia side of things, serving Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples too. They sell new Chrysler, Ford, Jeep and Ram vehicles along with used cars and RVs. Statewide delivery is offered if you find something from a distance. Reviewers talk about the truck selection most, and a fair number mention extended warranty and staff who treated them well. Several describe a smooth process and no pressure, and a handful name salespeople like Peter and Greg for going out of their way. One customer notes they held a vehicle until he could get there from Mississippi. The F-150 comes up more than once. Not every review is glowing. One buyer trying to get an out-the-door price on a Maserati Levante describes the process as confusing and incomplete. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you call.
