About D & H RV & Trailer Repair
D & H RV & Trailer Repair has been fixing RVs and trailers in Peoria since 1992. They handle everything from body and trim to electrical, fresh water systems, and slide-out repairs, plus mobile service if you can't get to them. The shop also does hitch installation, winterization, and collision or water damage restoration, and they work with insurance claims. Reviewers often mention Kim and Scott by name and describe the crew as honest and skilled. One owner of a Thor Rize said the work was superb and the cost fair, beating other chain RV places. Another praised Scott for coming out quickly to fix a frozen water heater during a cold snap. People also note that major repairs take time, so expect a wait for non-urgent appointments. The shop is family owned, and several reviewers appreciate that they do the job right rather than slapping on a band-aid. They serve Peoria and the surrounding counties, including Tazewell, Knox, Woodford, and McLean. If you need parts, they have a supply store on site. Call for an appointment.

What renters mention
“We have had two major repair jobs done by D&H and have been completely satisfied with the quality of their work. We have had so many bad experiences with so-called RV repair shops, this one really stands head and shoulders above the rest.” – Ray P., 2 years ago, on Google
“Kim, Scott were great to work with on my little side project to benefit a local non for profit trailer that was in bad repair.” – Moores, a year ago, on Google
“Everybody at D&H, starting with Kim, Scott, and the entire crew is professional and especially very honest and skilled. I had my Thor Rize, class B van, serviced there several times.” – Mountain G., 11 months ago, on Google
