About Cronic Mobile RV Repair
Cronic Mobile RV Repair is a mobile shop based in Redding, California, handling RV and trailer work. Reviews mention AC issues, plumbing repair, and electrical diagnosis, with parts ordered and installed. Some customers had work done right at their campsite or rest stop. A few say the phone diagnosis alone got them running again. The 15 Google reviews average 4.2 stars, and they do not agree. Supporters call the repairman knowledgeable and reliable, and one said he made an after-hours trip for a broken fridge and pushed a vendor through the warranty process. Others describe a heater that quit soon after the visit, a technician who arrived without tools, and a big bill for a short job. Ask about the warranty and parts before work starts. It is a mobile operation, so the work comes to you, but there is no shop counter to walk into. The range of experiences is wide enough that it is worth asking how long a repair is expected to take and what happens if the fix does not hold.

What renters mention
“It's 10:30 at night and I'm really tired and I'm super hungry. I say this because I'm waiting until after I write this review to eat and go to bed because I can't get the positive experience I had with this company out of my brain.” – Emily W., 8 years ago, on Google
“I can’t say enough good things about John and his company. I feel like he has gone above and beyond to take care of my broken down fridge. He has jumped through hoops dealing with the vendor and their warranty process.” – Abigail M., 7 years ago, on Google
“So..I've never met the man but as a traveler I'm at a rest stop and fired my rooftop AC then..bam shuts down and takes a lot of other components out with it.” – Russell S., 2 years ago, on Google
