About Crabtree RV Parts & Service
Crabtree RV Parts & Service sits in Alma, Arkansas, and covers a lot of ground: collision repair, custom design, emergency service, motorhome rentals, new RVs, an RV park, and a parts counter. It's a 4.2-star shop across 166 Google reviews, and the parts department and product availability come up often in what people write. Reviewers tend to talk about the people. Sales reps get called knowledgeable and accommodating, and several buyers said the paperwork and closing went fast. On the service side, Austin's name shows up more than once, with customers saying he explains what he's doing, walks through the problem, and answers questions beyond the job at hand. One owner said a tech spent nearly an hour on the phone troubleshooting before they even brought the rig in. Wiring and warranty work also get mentioned. If something's broken mid-trip, they take emergency calls during business hours.
