About Country Roads RV Sales & Service LLC
Country Roads RV Sales & Service is a small-town dealer and repair shop in Cottondale, Alabama. You get sales, service, parts, and warranty repairs under one roof, which is handy when something breaks and you're not sure who to call. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Friendly is the word that shows up most, and several people mention honest, direct answers to their questions. One traveler called it a rescue haven for RV repairs. Another liked that the crew explained how to install a brake controller and saved them a mechanic's bill. A few reviews mention part availability and fair pricing, along with communication during a backorder. Not every review is a good one. At least one customer had a slide-out and plumbing issue after a repair and felt the bill was high. The owner comes across as blunt, which some folks appreciate and others don't. If you want honest work without a lot of small talk, that fits the pattern here. It's not a 24/7 operation, so call ahead for hours and availability.

What renters mention
“As a traveler, it is hard to find reliable, honest, resourceful, informative, and excellent customer service when needing one's RV repaired.” – ricecat r., 2 years ago, on Google
“I have used this dealer and repair shop on several occasions. I have always felt I was treated fairly. My questions and concerns were always answered. With the Covid supply shortage my repair materials were put on backorder.” – Wes W., 3 years ago, on Google
“Great small town business. I read others saying negative things about the owner. If you need your RV repair rep to have a bubbly personality and want to chit chat all day, you probably need to go somewhere else.” – Braden S., a year ago, on Google
