About Colorado Mountain RV
Colorado Mountain RV is a dealer and repair shop on the north side of Fort Collins. They sell travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes, and they have a parts counter and handle warranty work. Reviewers often mention the sales staff as friendly and not pushy, and several say the buying process was easy from start to finish. One customer drove an hour and still called the service stellar. Service is a mixed bag. Some folks praise the thorough walkthroughs and the techs who answer questions after the sale. One reviewer said the lead tech gave his cell number for a first trip. But others warn about service visits. One said they kept finding new problems weeks after pickup, and another described a tech cursing while working on their trailer. With a 4.0 rating across 138 reviews, it's a place where the sales side gets more love than the service bay. If you're shopping, the no-pressure reputation comes up again and again. If you're booking repairs, read the service reviews closely before you commit.
