About CoachCrafters
CoachCrafters sits in Tavares and works on buses, motorcoaches and RVs. ASE certified mechanics there handle roof and AC work, body and collision repair, chassis jobs, generators and parts. The shop has been serving transit bus systems for over four decades, and a field service team travels nationwide for on-site work. Reviewers are split. Some praise the diagnosis and say the crew kept them informed, and one RV owner stuck with a failed power steering got in when Ford dealers couldn't for weeks. Others tell a rougher story: a starter replacement that ran two months, updates they had to chase, and work they say wasn't authorized. Several mention billing and communication as sticking points. Weigh the mixed reviews before you book. Weekend hours are mentioned in the shop's own materials, so ask about timing when you call.

What renters mention
“If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our 32ft. 4in. C-class camper was on a recall for power steering and we had it in to a local PA Ford dealer to have it checked before we went to Florida. Got the OK.” – Beverly M., 4 years ago, on Google
“Due to the covid 19 virus we were unable to travel so we decided to have some repairs done to our motorhome at Coach Crafters. The quality of work was excellent, pricing was very fair, and employees were friendly and helpful.” – Raymond N., 6 years ago, on Google
“We had our coach in for service recently and are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Gilbert and his crew were able to diagnose and repair some unique challenges on our coach.” – Fred R., 5 years ago, on Google
