About Cave City Truck & Trailer Repair
Cave City Truck & Trailer Repair runs a 24 hour heavy duty shop, with mechanics on call around the clock and a mobile mechanic for roadside breakdowns. In-shop hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. They take diesel engine RVs and RV chassis work along with campers, semi trailers and goosenecks. The service list covers a lot of ground: engine, transmission, electrical and hydraulic repairs, plus suspension, A/C, brakes, tires and air leaks. There's computer diagnostics, in-shop welding, oil changes, DOT inspections and preventative maintenance. Reviews mention knowledgeable mechanics more than anything else, and a few RVers describe quick next-day appointments and a water pump fixed on the highway shoulder. Not every review is warm. Some customers report misdiagnosis and disputed bills, so it's worth asking questions up front. Given the 24/7 setup, this is a spot to call when something breaks mid-trip and you need help fast.
