About Carolina Camper Works Service
Carolina Camper Works is a family owned shop in Knightdale that handles a long list of RV problems: awnings, hot water heaters, furnaces, generators, roof leaks, fridges and plumbing. They also do sealing work on roofs, windows and skylights, plus audio, video, backup camera and satellite upgrades. Travel trailers, motorcoaches, horse trailers and toy haulers are all fair game. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One driver passing through with generator trouble got it checked on the spot and paid nothing for the fuse swap. Others describe the staff as patient and honest, and say they didn't feel pushed on price or trade-in. A 40 foot Winnebago owner who used to go to a big nationwide dealer says never again. Fridge and hitch work come up too. Call ahead to schedule, since the service department can be booked out weeks. Hours are listed.
