About Camping World - Wheat Ridge
Camping World in Wheat Ridge is a big RV dealer off the lot, but it also runs a repair shop and a parts department for people who already own a rig. Roof and awning work comes up, along with hitch installation and solar panels. Reviewers mention timely repairs and warranty work, though not everyone walks away glowing. The store sits at a 4.2 across more than 1,400 Google reviews. Sales is where most of the chatter comes from. People describe pleasant staff and no-pressure walkthroughs, and several name specific salespeople who stayed in touch by call and text, including one buyer from out of town. Others came in with a budget and a floor plan and drove off with a travel trailer the same day. Selection of trailers gets mentioned, and so does the parts counter. Not every visit goes smooth. One reviewer waited around 25 minutes while staff moved a trailer that was parked too close to another. Those who bought from the old Gander RV days still show up in the reviews. Weekends are listed as open, and the lot has generators and parts on hand for the trip home.
