About Camping World - Roscoe
Camping World in Roscoe sells new and used RVs and handles service and parts. Reviewers often mention the kind staff, no-pressure sales approach, and good selection of campers, including 5th wheels and travel trailers. The store also offers financing, trade-ins, and consignment. In the service department, customers call out Matt and Josh for being transparent and going above and beyond. One reviewer said the team fixed issues before a walkthrough, and another appreciated the clear communication after a long trip. But not every visit goes smoothly: some warn about miscommunication between departments and delays, so plan ahead if you're on a schedule. Roof and awning work come up in service mentions. The parts and accessories area is stocked, and there's a warranty on purchases. It's a large operation with a lot of moving parts, so set expectations and confirm details before you commit.
