About Camping World - Melbourne
Camping World in Melbourne sells new and used RVs, handles financing, trade-ins, and consignment, and runs a parts and service department. Reviewers often mention fifth wheels and camper selection, and many say the sales staff are accommodating and informative. Several note a no-pressure approach, though a few describe typical dealership tactics. On the service side, people bring RVs in for roof and awning work, and the shop also handles generator and chassis issues. The parts department gets positive mentions. Not every visit goes smoothly: one reviewer reported a water damage repair that left the trailer structurally unsound, and another drove four hours for an appointment that fell through. Others had straightforward purchases and praised a staff member named Casey for being patient and knowledgeable. The store is open weekends and sells camping gear alongside RVs. If you're mid-trip with a problem, call ahead to confirm service availability.
